About Ashley
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon; at the tender age of 3 years old, Ashley was in the foster care system when her story caught the attention of the local media. As a girl, she was featured and interviewed on several recurring television shows including "Wednesday's Child" and "Town Hall" that were geared toward bringing awareness to the increasing foster care epidemic.
Deciding to not use her past as an excuse to fail as an adult, at 18 years old, Ashley Latin wrote her first book titled “That Fire in Their Eyes”...a Mystery/Drama/Romance novel. Upon submitting her manuscript to Beginning II End Publishing, she was not only accepted to publish her book but to also join the company as an Intern where she could learn the business. As a young woman with the company, she got the opportunity to travel to LA and New York City.
Using her learned skills and applying them to her desired career, Ashley was later hired by several companies and record labels over the years, ending at the last one as an A&R Director, managing multiple Artists and Staff. She has traveled the country working at Events and Conventions with the companies she’s represented and has experience as both a Brand Ambassador and High-Tier Sales Representative.
Having begun her career as a young but ambitious Intern, Ashley has consistently been a part of the Entertainment business for over 17 years and counting with that same passionate energy. Today, she continues to enjoy the hustle and bustle of busy events and doing what she loves. Now focusing on her own companies, from Marketing to Media Production, Ashley uses her free time to bridge the gap within her community. She was awarded the “2013 Humanitarian Award” by the People of Las Vegas due to her longstanding charity efforts, and consistently goes out of her way to educate aspiring Artists and Small Business Owners about how to market themselves effectively.
